The VA GIS Conference has been organized and sponsored annually by the Virginia Association of Planning District Commissions (VAPDC) for eighteen years. The GIS Conference draws over 400 professionals from local, state and federal governments, the private sector, and universities. Begining in 2009, the VAPDC will partner with the Virginia Association of Mapping and Land Information Systems (VAMLIS) to enhance the statewide GIS conference.

Vendor Booths
There are 40 booths available for exhibiting products and services at this year's conference. One 8'x10' or 7'x10' booth with a table, chairs, curtains and electricity is $850. Two complimentary conference registrations are included. Wireless Internet connections will be available on-site (self sign-up with credit card) for $12.95+tax- per day.

Exhibit Hours are as follows:

Sunday 9/28/2008: Booth setup 6-8pm- No admittance after 8pm.
Monday 9/29/2008: Booths open 8-6pm-No admittance after 6pm
Tuesday 9/30/2008: Booths open 8-1:30pm- Tear down 1:30-3:00pm

Security will be provided after hours.
