Many of my concepts aren't what anyone would call a "miracle" unless possibly if you take into account my being alive IS a miracle. But if that's true then we are all miracles. Part of being a miracle is to share with others, otherwise the miracle of You is rather a waste. Some of my ideas & concepts were conceived to me when I was in extremely poor physical ~and therefore mental~ health. They were fantastic ideas. An early one was a system I envisioned for getting electricity from lightning, plus a way to serial-string them together so that the charged tower-capacitors would release one-by-one a stream of electric current into the Main Power Grid as a continuous AC current.
It was my opinion & belief in 1989, weeks after an accident that would have killed most men (getting hit 3 times by a bouncing bale of freight that weighed 900-1,000 lbs. plus being shot like a bullet over & down into the ground, smashing my chest, organs ricocheting around and into one another so that I later almost died from endometriosis in my chest insides), my opinion the lightning system was "inspired by God" through me to take about 50% of the "Energy Crisis" to the bank plus get the United States off all foreign crude oil.
When I sweat bullets for 3 days in 2003, ending up having a new type of car engine that combines cold air with hot steam to make a "cyclone engine" ~which I came to call my "Climate Engine"~ I was in the middle of a 5-month bout with severe gout. That I was able to fix Dr. Hertzberg's engine (that had failed in 1997 to replace gasoline & diesel) well, I considered that one to be inspired of God also, yet at the same time I did have to work really hard for it. My brain was filled with enough gouty acid crystals that it was taking a 24/7 acid bath.
In 2005 I had this great idea hit me totally out of the blue yonder sky to build a greater Victory Stadium atop the "first" Victory Stadium's wall and expand it. From Roanoke Memorial Hospital beds sick & sometimes dying hospital patients could have had their TV's closed circuit to football games, shows, visiting singing groups. It was an awesome idea. Was it "inspired" of God? I don't think of it that way on this one. Indirectly though, since God had saved me from a lifetime of deadly accidents and illnesses, I attribute my achievement to Him.
Probably not like the others, directly inspired to help Mankind. It was after all just a stadium.
An outgrowth of the air+steam engine came in February 2005 in the form of a pinball-machine life process engine that I called the "Millenial Dawn" engine. It "fires" 2 metal balls at the same time ~but in opposite directions so that the recoil is negated (no wasted energy)~ accomplishing the exact same time of projection by both solenoids being ignited by a shared switch. Instantaneous perfection of firing order.
Millenial Dawn is a lot like a magnetic railgun except instead of firing projectiles to kill people it fires the metal balls in a circular pattern, returning to home plate to be fired again after coming to a complete stop. When the ball trajectories away they shove long arms, using leverage to turn a generator above, closer to the fulcrum. The miracle of Levers turns a generator that recharges a capacitor... so that the charged capacitor sits there, ready to unleash its full charge when the shared switch is thrown.
Several God-level miracles are in the Millenial Dawn engine design. Accepted Physics says no energy can be created, and THAT'S RIGHT, but the M.D. engine does not create any energy. It magnifies the outgoing momentum of the balls to charge the capacitor for another & another ball firing.
Since the balls are losing energy into friction and pushing the lever-arms outward, there is a loss of energy but NOT ALL ENERGY. The balls are turned back toward home plate, their Motion being Kinetic Energy, and that remaining Kinetic Energy can be used. This comes under the "Rule of a Decaying Orbit" concept of Physics. As the balls come re-directed back to the process Start they are moving, therefore that movement can be used to do Work.
Miracle or not these are very basic Laws of Physics discovered long ago and used by NASA for successful travel into Outer Space, so it isn't like every single idea Woodrow Riley is inventing something new. All I did ~under inspiration or not~ was to put the puzzle pieces together. But there is evidence of two miracles here that I will tell you, one that is to me one of the greatest Miracles my eyes have ever beheld =>
Two miracles.
#1 miracle is that the returning balls encounter Generator #2 before reaching home plate. Since the lever-magnified #1 generator is fully charged for re-fire, the electric current produced by this 2nd generator can be sent out of the M.D. device engine to power your automobile or your home and computers and refrigerators and even wash your dirty laundry.
#2 miracle is so simple yet the greatest minds on Earth have yet to grasp it after 2 1/2 years still unable to understand it; so maybe you can. When the balls both come back for another solenoid explosion to project them outwards for another run... they come to a complete Stop totally Out of Energy, right? But what kind? Well, they are totally out of their motion, being come to a brief stop, so they're out of all KINETIC ENERGY. and the "Miracle"? =>
Miracle => When the balls are sitting there not moving between runs their
Potential Energy returns to 100% by the Laws of Physics, 100% Potential Energy.
Now friends, that there is a miracle that dates all the way back to Creation, the beginning of all things
physical when the "Laws of Physics" had to go into operation just as we have them this very day.

What this engine does is "controlled devastation", as opposed to Albert Einstein's instantaneous release from E=mc^2, the Millenial Dawn engine is regulated, timed and slowed down to where we can use it to power every electrical device on the face of Planet Earth. It could even make artificial light when the Sun eventually dies billions of years from now. It can make electricity on the Moon or deep under the ocean surface in underwater cities.
I put the "M.D." engine online November 14, 2005 after 9 months of wondering whether God even wanted me to tell anyone. But after Katrina killed so many people and a lot of onlookers & survivors began to saying Katrina was God's wrath, I saw I needed to release the engine and show that God has not forgotten us. He has been active because after February 15, 2005 I had solved the entire "Energy Crisis" several times over. All people all this planet can now have all the electricity ~and clean pumped water~ they could use in a thousand lifetimes, energy that never runs out. And yes, flying cars too.
Using this gift of invention I had shown how to obtain gobs of raw Power from
lightning, a combining of liquid air + steam, and a pinball machine-like engine.
Why don't you have any of them? Well, my disability check doesn't do all that.
At first when I started writing them onto web pages ~for free so people could
have "Energy Freedom" from the worldwide "Energy Famine" instead of
waiting on me the disabled & very ill truck driver to find investors~ I did
in fact join PayPal and put a few links around so people could Donate to
getting the engines built. But of course that looked suspicious so no one did.
In 1990 your need for imported foreign oil was history.
In 2003 your need for crude oil-powered cars was history.
In 2005 your need for polluting coal to run your homes was history.
Since 2005 I've been blessed to invent more engines that run on solar power,
three of them in fact... The first one acts like a particle accelerator.
So far I have solved both Global Warming and Global Dimming that masks
the true amount of Global Warming to look half what it really is. Global
Climate Change is 200% what the General Public thinks it is. Al Gore
knows these things ~partly from reading my Work~ so why don't you?

is being treated like a disaster. I've brought more Blessings than Moses had plagues,
yet these Blessings are being run through a damage control filter so you don't know.
